@braceletofteeth Oh, I am so sorry. 🫂 I put it in a locked private collection for the time being because I am trying to re-write the story for another fandom as training for filing off the serial numbers totally and perhaps publish it as a real book eventually. It’s not gone forever! Just until the end of the year, I think.

Fine, Shane will look at the water bottle instead. The bottle placed between Rozanov’s long legs. Very nice long legs. The tanned skin of his calves is slick with sweat, catching the light every time he shifts his weight. Shane’s gaze drifts upward. Up along the Russian’s muscular thighs. It’s only logical that in the end his eyes settle on Rozanov’s shorts, right? He takes note of the way the fabric pulls. Shane’s brain, traitor that it is, can’t help wondering about size and shape.

SHANE HOLLANDER, WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!

He freezes. Yes, what the hell is he doing?! Shane snaps his gaze away like he’s been caught red-handed, committing a crime. His ears feel warm. His face, too. This didn’t just happen, no! He did not just ogle Ilya Rozanov! With a groan of despair, Shane squeezes his eyes shut for a couple of seconds, then opens them again and resolutely focuses on the training equipment surrounding him. Literally anything is better that acknowledging the six-foot-something Russian hockey player sitting right next to him. Oh fuck.
