Huxe Lee: I'm so lucky I used my Google Play Card to buy these Artistic Indie Games. If it weren't for Monument Valley, Starlight Skykid and I may have been more traumatized by Shadow Milk Cookie. If it weren't for Gris herself, I would not know how to deal with grief. If it weren't for Nihilumbra, I would have felt more empty inside. If it weren't for Sky: Children of the Light, which is free, I would have not connected with others during the Covid Pandemic, and would have played Roblox instead, which would have been really ineffective and a very bad idea to do so because there are many toxic Robloxians. Out of all the Indie Games to ever exist, Sky: Children of the Light is truly the most unique Artistic Indie Game to ever be created by Thatgamecompany.

I made this for @fourseasonsbingo, for the square Watching the Sunset on a Beach. Here are my other prompts and their corresponding fills.

This is fanart for the game Monument Valley. I have enjoyed it greatly, and I got so attached to Totem, and at several points I was so worried about it. And when Ida reached her true form, I wished we would get to see her interact with Totem in this form as well, so I painted that. Now that her quest is over, she is just enjoying a peaceful view together with her friend, watching the Sun set and the stars come out over the half-sunken ruins.

It means a lot to me that the good and hoped-for outcome of Ida's quest is that she sheds her human appearance and becomes her true self: a bird. Because there are so many stories where being human is treated as the best thing one can be, and beings give up what they are to become human. I'm glad she got to be a bird again.

I gave this title because that is what I scribbled under the sketch, and it stuck.
