what a girl has been reading lately >:3
my sleeping arrangement is as follows: 20% books i haven’t finished reading yet (i like to keep them close), 58% cats (nonnegotiable), and 22% human
i identify so much with this
if they are able to extract genetic information from king tut’s mummy and clone him would the tut clone have an inflated ego due to the legacy of his predecessor? just like how the facedancers created paul baron harkonnen, and evil paul clones, all of which were shaped by the knowledge of the history of their previous lives?
there’s no way he wouldn’t. would it be considered unethical to restrict this knowledge? would it be unethical to tell him???? the bioethics will haunt me for days
obsessed with him right now

i dont know what to read
everything ive read recently has left me mentally sapped, so much so i have found my self wallowing in my TBR because i cannot bring myself read another book right now. being so demotivated doesn't directly stem from being sapped from dense science fiction, its more so the lions den of approaching deadlines as i approach the end of the semester and the guilt that has accompanied doing anything that is not in some way connected to university.
having really enjoyed the last 2 anais nin books i read whilst being in the trenches i think im to default to old reliable yet again,, and read Delta of Venus
