Oh my Vertigo
My encounter with vertigo is somewhat a new. I only started experiencing it early last year.
Vertigo, I thought I was falling off my bed but I wasn’t! The falling sensation was unreal! Like a roller-coaster getting reading to plunge down a steep angle. Quite entertaining but not so when you’re tossing and turning in bed.
Vertigo, taught me to trust myself to take action and cure it! With the Epley Maneuver.
Since then I have experienced it less. Vertigo can be a hassle, so don’t let it bully you. After a few experiences you will learn of its pattern and know what measures to take in order to combat it. Don’t let it get to your head and stay true to your aim and intention: to make it Go Away!!
When you believe in yourself, a lot, and think of your safe forest/sea/underground/house/space you can face it. I always imagine myself holding a glass of green juice and smiling.
