I’m a huge fan of Justified’s promotional material. These spots do not just feature some of the filmed material from the series, they actually expand the universe of the show a bit: they show Raylan in action, they create their own atmosphere, they’re basically their own stylish, suspenseful, and funny mini-stories. And I can’t help adoring them.

And this one… It might be very immature, but in the end it’s just an interesting factual observation: my best friend couldn’t refrain from pointing out that the director wanted to have a bed in this scene. They could have met in the dining room, alluding to the dinner scene in 1.1, but nope.

Or it could have been a reference to one of the first promos of the series:
