NOT TO DISREGARD HOW EPIC SASHA WAS BECAUSE SHE WAS IN THIS SCENE but on a Jean side note-- I love how his relationship with Mikasa is growing. He doesn't hold it against her for not "liking him back" or whatever and moves past that because it's not important anymore. What's important is that she is his friend, a human who he feels he needs to keep safe. He even speaks up on their behalf. He's becoming so aware of all his friends now after losing Marco that it hurts my heart. Jean is just so different from how he started off, and it's such a beautiful thing to watch.

NOT TO MENTION THE BEAUTIFUL FRIENDSHIP GROWING BETWEEN THESE TOO.
