My number 1 productivity/studying/life management tip is genuinely to just stop looking for *the method* to solve all your problems. Different things are going to work in different times in your life, even on different days or different times of the day. Sometimes I make detailed schedules, other times I work solely based on daily tasks, a lot of the time it's a mix of both. Sometimes I need a body double, other times that distracts me too much. Sometimes I make lists on my phone, other times it's on sticky notes, or in a notebook, or on my iPad. Reduce friction by letting yourself be adaptive to your own needs.

Thinking of deactivating everything so I can focus on going insane

women are so disconnected from their sense of self. asking others permission to want things and wondering if their feelings are allowed. my wish for all women is to start feeling entitled to their lives, entitled to their material existance on this earth, entitled to all that comes with being human. it's a lot easier to stand up for yourself and not tolerate mistreatment when you turn "am I allowed to feel angry?" into a definitive statement of "I'm angry."

I'm in the final 2 weeks of my 10-week internship and we're mostly just preparing a poster and talk now. I went on a couple roadtrips and saw some cool national parks. my internship was quite intensive so I am looking forward to going back home and working on my Ph.D. research that I haven't touched in 2 months... also I'll be able to actually take pictures while I work haha so I'll be more active on here again :D
