when I was 11 years old I was sexually harassed by a man.

I was sitting on a bus, when the man sitting next to me started to touch me. I didn't know him. I can't even remember his face. I was hoping someone would notice. That some adult would protect me. I didn't say no. I was just starring out of the window, pretending that this wasn't happening. I was questioning if I had done something wrong.

I can still remember the utter feeling of revulsion.

I never told anyone.

I kept it hidden for over 15 years. And I don't want to be broken because of it.
