In Tents.
Our Right to Live, Our Right to Luck.
I find even myself mistaking human's race into humanity as such. In all reality, it was all fortune and misfortune, leading to many species extinction. A constant "race" of some sort is so far from the truth. This is a reality that we as homo sapiens just happened to stumble upon. Find yourself lucky to even be able to consider yourself above all other species. In all reality, we're just really lucky; or really unlucky depending on how you look at it. This goes out to homo neanderthalensis. I'm sorry it didn't work out. I hope we stumble forth in the right direction. I guess it doesn't matter. If we don't, something else will.

A Little Less Alone
What distances we reach, When fact and fiction mix, Into infinite bliss, Of ignorance, arrogance, And ideas reduced to hit and/or miss.
Let's face it for now, This instance will permit, A flare of belief, Of freedom, alignment, And separation from all the grief.
Feel it boil down to, Basic elements in true. A dial of the phone, An equation of numbers, To make you feel a little less alone.
What is th... YES!

The Voluntary Human Extinction Movement, or VHEMT (pronounced “vehement”), is a movement which calls for the voluntary gradual self-extinction of the human species through abstaining from reproduction. VHEMT’s motto is May we live long and die out. Proponents of its philosophy call themselves extinctionists.
This is about the opposite of what I encourage people to do. However, I can see how both sides have their positives. This group speaks of how the ecosystem will stabilize after human extinction, but at this point that would be impossible. Take hunting for example; we hunt because of mass breeding, and over-population. However, if a higher-being were to find it's place on Earth and hunt humans for the same reason... I feel it would almost be justified.

Answers Laced in Life
Sometimes when I'm browsing the internet, I come upon things that just blow my mind. Not the kind of "blow your mind" that titles images you may find with "when you see *blank*, you'll shit bricks." but more like someone's following me around and logging my thoughts, and then gives me answers laced in the websites that I browse most frequently. An example that I found on Reddit explains that originality is a futile endeavor and that you actually should steal ideas. It explains (maybe a little vaguely or exactly depending on how you read it) that it's not what you steal, but what you do with it that makes it unique.
The reason I find this intriguing is because I had recently had a talk with a friend of mine about how nothing is original. If I've had a thought, chances are that someone has already thought those exact same thoughts before. It's almost guaranteed. What makes my thoughts different is the setting I'm in, and the manner in which I employ them. I've always been plagued by the idea that I am not a unique being, but knowing that the uniqueness of my thoughts is based off of something that I can control personally is somewhat calming.
It's just the way it is.
As a rule, man's a fool. When it's hot, he wants it cool. When it's cool, he wants it hot. Always wanting what is not.
We sit and wonder what it would be like to be a God. To be God. To be like God. Some observer wasting endless time observing some life form. Human maybe. Something that may entertain us in times of boredom. Some movie to be watched until bored, to which we switch to another 'station', some other's life. Oh, how wonderful it would be to see it all.
Still, I can promise you that if this were the case we would still be infinitely unhappy. We would wish to our very infinite core that we could be a part of it. To intervene in it. To bask in the glory that is life, living, and even death. Death not only being a fitting penance, but also something that we would want. To know of death breeds the want to live. To live forever would breed the want for death. Just as we wish to see what lays beyond our planet, our solar system, our galaxy, our universe, we would want to find out, if anything, what lays beyond the simple (yet infinitely complex) idea of life.
The fact of the matter is that we will always want what we don't have. We have to want what we don't have. We have to because we don't have it. It seems simple, mundane, maybe even idiotic to think of... but that's just the way it is.
Cubby went in and had surgery yesterday. He had something on his pubic area where they went in to neuter him. Poor guy can't get a break. They took off so much skin they had to hold it together with a little rod. Because of that, we can't have him chewing at it so he has to where this cone. It really isn't funny in the sense that we both know that he hates it. However... I still can't stop laughing when he runs into a wall with it.
Now, that's something.
