i remember in second grade i got a new purple sharpener and this girl who i was “friends” with asked me to have it and I was like ???? no my mom just bought this for me yesterday and she said “if you dont give me the sharpener we’re not friends anymore” and i just said “okay” and she was like “So you’re giving me the sharpener??” and i was like “why are you talking to me? we’re not friends” and i wish i was still as savage as i was back then

These words resonate with me so much, it is all true.

As human beings we are programmed on a daily basis to be on a constant state of worry, to never be happy with ourselves, what we have in the here and not, we are surrounded with information that tells us that we are not good enough.

Action is needed, we need to change our outlook, to look around us and be happy with where we are and what we have. 🙌🏼

Today a bunch of kids/teens accused me of stealing their football, they tried to take it from me and kept shouting at me while I had to stay calm as I was with my hostkid. I kicked a ball and hurt my leg and my hostkid spilled his full glass of orange juice over himself + the floor.
