"Um, I’d rather not. Sorry, Professor."
“This joke you can’t repeat to me now you thought appropriate to say in the middle of class.
I think you grasp my point.”
“Well that’s not what I’m going for…” He sighed sadly. “Do you have any thoughts?”
“I just gave them to you.
Maybe try fixing some electronics in your advert about fixing electronics instead of smashing them apart?”
“Well…I think it gives off the vibe like…’I’ll destroy all your electronic’s problems!’ you know?
“I’m getting the more the vibes of ‘I WILL BLUDGEON YOUR TECH TO DEATH.’ but... maybe that’s just me.”
"Well… I may be annoyed with you, but I’m athletic. I can handle that and much more...”
"Sometimes it’s hard to differ from a joke and honesty when it comes to you."
“I do hope you’re not trying to make me uncomfortable to get out of this. Contrary to popular belief I do have a sense of humour.”
"I can assure you sir, I’m very serious about this…" She said, a glimmer of sarcasm pressed to her tone.
He fell deathly quiet for a long time, silently disgruntled with her behaviour.
“I do not tolerate sarcasm, Adams nor do I like to have to repeat myself. Do you find that behaviour acceptable?”
“So come on down to, The Sparky Tree! For all your electronic needs!”
“... Is there a really need for that?”
"I suppose I promised him a second date, and I’d quite like one, so technically I guess we are.. dating.”
"It went really well, thank you. I couldn’t have asked for a better evening."
"The Jennings family were in a mild state of panic after noticing that he wasn't at the usual family dinner.
I'm glad you both enjoyed yourselves. Give him hell, Miss Beck."
"Best. Day. Ever.”
"I'm sure you have better things to do. I can make this last a month or a week. Your choice."
"Are you sure? I mean, I’d hate to possibly offend you and receive another detention because of a silly joke."
"I don't entirely recall what I found so not amusing. Feel free to give me a reminder."
"Oh.. That.. Yeah, that wasn’t meant to happen." She said pulling a face.
"You don't seem to be taking this seriously. Do you think that is acceptable behaviour?"
"I’m not most students. I actually like to be surrounded by people, and you do not scare me.
Wow, well I’d say that’s a little extreme. Besides, it’s be kind of hard to avoid each other.”
"That's a refreshing change in opinion I suppose, you may like me less when I ask you to do fifty laps around the gym.
I was joking, Miss Day."
"Then what would justify me appearing outside of your office window? If I was cleaning them? Because I could have been, you never know. You stopped me before I could. Besides, there’s no real rule against scaling the building…is there?"
"Window cleaning? Frankly, nothing would justify trying to scale the walls of the institute. I find your sudden want to have spotless glass quite hard to believe. Check the handbook, page thirty five, section six, paragraph nine."
"Is that so hard to believe?" She asked.
Who says I’m trying to get out of anything?”
"Quite, yes, given the fact that most students choose to run from my presence.
... Do I need to file a restraining order sometime soon?"
"You know what? I think so to."
"Is everything alright, Jasper?"
"I still don’t understand why i’m here, Professor…"
"I didn't see you at combat training the other day."
"Remind me why I’m here… Sir.”
"Watercolours left splattered everywhere, ring any bells?"
"But I do," Kevin insisted, and then nodded with a bashful shrug. "I don’t see why not, Christopher. I trust you in most every aspect."
"O-oh, of course. I’ve got papers to grade anyways."
Chris hid a grin behind his hand, choosing to glance at the floor for a minute, flattered. "i'm glad to hear that." he regained his composure and sternly folded his arms across his chest.
The stumble in his words almost made him feel guilty, he seemed so keen on the idea... "You sound so disappointed ...I guess you could always come up to my apartment for a drink."
