I really liked Infinity War. I’ve seen it twice and enjoyed it even more the second time (heard more of the dialogue). 

Yeah, I said it. I liked Infinity War. Look at me being all controversial.

I cannot say I didn’t like the movie. I liked it. I saw it twice too! And to be more controversial I was more shocked by Spiderman end rather than Loki’s.

For several reasons: first I was aware that Loki wouldn’t fared well (the trailer told it clearly). Then he was fully aware of his destiny and decided to accomplish it with courage and love for his brother. Spiderman instead, he was a teenager caught in something bigger than him, ready to be a superhero but definitely not ready to die. He was disappointed because he thought superhero never dies, they win! Good is always winning! Ehm, no. In this movie heroes die and the Evil wins.

So I liked the movie but I am really disappointed for the the way Loki happened to die, not really for the end itself. For a anti hero I think it is a trope to die at the end of a brave action, isn’t that right? I went ready to see my fav character die, I was ready to be proud of his death (and ready to fix it somehow with my fantasy).

But Loki’s wasn’t a brave action, was stupid and silly and clumsy. So no, no and no.

Someone finally said it. The movie wasn't bad itself. It was funny, really well plotted, frustrating (because hey it's a big war, I wasn't expecting unicorns and flower crowns). But. Loki. The fucking god if mischief who managed to trick people for all his life. That Loki. He died like, in the most stupid way. Clumsy. Childish. Silly. Exactly. That was the most unfair thing in the whole movie. Loki deserved to have a fucking great death. He deserved to SHINE and they made him SINK IN AN ABYSS OF UNFAIRNESS.
