Hey there! Arabic numerals are a name for the numerals we use. Our base ten 0123456789 system is Arabic/Indian numerals. Latin numerals are I II III IIIV V VI VII VIII IX X etc

People are rejecting/accepting it based on the name.

Including the person above who goes on a rant about how we don’t need anything from the middle east or Africa because the “western world” is superior.
