Love animates all matter of things and gives them life. If you chose a random object in your possession, and every morning and every evening expressed your love for this thing, and if you poured your love into this thing twice a day and then placed the object anywhere in your environment, the next time you had someone over they would be drawn toward it. You would be surprised by how naturally the object would draw them in! And that is because they can feel love emanating from it. The same is true for yourself. Yet love is not an on off switch. Just like the hypothetical object, love can be a choice, intentionally invested over time, into yourself or your world.

“You have to simply be stripped down and made very lean so that you can see who you are and then you make peace. It’s difficult but it’s really important otherwise you never arrive at this delicious place called adulthood.”
