I know no one knows what these races are aside from Dragons and Fae. Exculding the aforementioned races, Dreigle and Ampius are original ones I bullshited. I’d rather explain what those races are if someone asks. I hate explaining things no one will actually read.

Finally got this asshole’s colours down. Daddy Darkness is looking pretty sweet. Man, fuck every art site in existence for always shitting on the colour quality of all things red.

Shit, so I’ll say something about this character like I said I would.

His name is Caster and he’s an OP magic user but when it comes to melee he can’t fight for shit. The literal definition of a glass cannon. I actually drew this a few years ago for someone, but it turns out the design was something they weren’t looking for so I kept it for myself and decided to throw him in an original story.

The style is a little unusual, but that’s partially because I was in between two styles at the time and I also wanted to give him a foreign look as he is a foreigner in the two stories he hails from. The stories are, KAOS: in which he is a genie with mage powers and a bodyguard to the king of Dark. Whereas in Bastions: he is an interstellar being who can use space magic; space mages are called “Startcallers.”

Kraxus Braxenauff is a master transfigurist, a Magic only rare due to its complexity. Transfiguration is just what you’d expect changing one form to another. He doesn’t just transfigure himself, albeit in this picture he has. In truth, he is an arachnid; a race of people with half a spider body from below and above the upper hips is all humanoid. He’s helped countless people with their forms. Many of which disliked their birth sex in which Kraxus would alter them to their desired sexes (with their permission of course!). Some races would even come to him asking for appearance alters for cosmetic reasons while others just desire to look like a different race entirely. It’s not easy however, the composition make up must always equate to the mass of whatever it is they want to be other wise they’ll come out as larger or stunted versions of what they wanted depending on the situation. Personality wise, Kraxus is a kooky, awkward but lovable, very sincere individual. He’s passionate about his love for alchemy and very serious and driven with his work with transfiguration. He’s an outcast among other arachnids in Valluin, but his will is surprisingly strong and his patience knows no boundaries. Many wonder if he’s even capable of being angry. Lastly, he isn’t necessarily a doctor but he plenty of medical practice. In an entirely magical world set in the past, he is a taboo alchemist who mixes magic and science, something which most magical beings shun.

Ocs; Jakari, Ripper, Jaxx and Poporry. They’re all part of the Harelquin family which is a sin category to Dark.

I’m sure none of this makes sense so I’ll explain. Dark category houses really spoopy and dark races like demons, monsters and other things that go bump in the night. Harlequins are based off jesters/fools, but they aren’t to be taken as fools. The word fool is ambiguous, one would think it applies to them, but that’s how they get you. It’s always about you. They’re a race of beings that are only in it to gain for themselves and they don’t particularly care who they drag down in the process. Sound dark yet?

The harlequins specifically are card based. For example, Jakari is the Joker, Poporry is the Queen of Spades, Ripper is the Jack of Spades and Jaxx is Ace of Spades.

Jakari and Jaxx made a deal to trade places to fool people. Everyone thinks Jaxx is the Joker and Jakari is the Ace. Jakari wanted people to never underestimate him and a lot of power comes with being the Ace, Jaxx however wanted the very opposite. He wanted people to take him for a fool so he could take advantage of them. Because Jakari has a lust for battle, he only wanted the best of the best to fight him and nothing says “I’m a challenge” like proclaiming you’re the Ace. Jaxx, however, is no fighter which was another reason they “switched” titles. He didn’t want people challenging him to physical fights he knew he couldn’t win.

Poporry is a very strong Kaos. She’s not all there and has it pretty bad for Jakari. Her ability is a little strange, she’s able to control peoples heads and no, I don’t mean like mind control, literally the physical head of a person. The main villain whom everyone is afraid of isn’t even spared from her no-bullshit attitude. Though he may be vastly strong, she once made him bite his tongue literally after decapitating his crony’s head after talking some serious shit about the ruler of Dark.

Ripper is essentially a berserker. Their gender is unknown and they’re specialty is ripping out the spines and organs of their enemies. They don’t particularly talk very often, but when they do their voice sounds like that of a child. Ripper is Poporry’s subordinate and is rarely ever seen without her.

I’m still developing their personalities, but in short they’re going to be totally awesome when I finish them!

HOLY SHIT. A WILD NOTE APPEARS. I never get those...Anyhow! Yes! Currently it’s Jaxx, albeit I have many versions of him. I would say this RP AU!Jaxx one is my favourite currently:

He has an arachnid form too which is half spider and half humanoid looking. I haven’t gotten around to drawing it, but I’m seriously hoping I will when I get my head around spider anatomy and my muse back.

But I always feel the need to give kudos to his very first and original form that’s canon to another main story.

Couldn’t decide which colouration I liked more, so I just made the green one his spring/summer work clothes and the red and black his fall/winter ones. 

Say hello to our first bachelor, Matthew! He busts tables and serves drinks at Laceleaf Tavern, your typical homestyle bar & grill. He’s a bit of a gossip, but in the good way! He knows how to keep his guests entertained and gives good advice when someone is in need of it. He’s very cunning and quick to deliver a punchline should someone set themselves up for one. He’s the best person to go to should you want information on what gifts people like and hate receiving. 

He can be rather mischievous if things get too boring in Wisteria and when he’s paired with Fractus (the wizard bachelor), you can assume they’re definitely up to no good. If found with Fractus’s twin brother (a bachelor only available for males only) it’s safe to assume he’s on his best behavior. His rival is Parsley who is also evidently your rival should you decide to pursue him. His relationship with her at first is a bit shaky, but over time he warms up to her. Whether the player is male or female, if successfully wooed, he will marry either.

He can be a rather difficult bachelor to woo due to his guard being up. He may be very good at hiding it, but something weighs heavily on him. He tends to speak in double meanings and half truths about anything that’s personal to himself at first, but a lot of it has to do with a tragedy in his past.

He doesn’t think he’ll ever settle down with anyone, but maybe you could change that!

I have this Harvest Moon AU I talk about with my partner and it inspired me to draw this. This is the most chaotic sketch with multiple people I’ve drawn in a couple years actually. It’s not going to be refined, just a simple sketch. 

The one reeling the fish in is the blacksmith bachelor, Spencer. (his personality is similar to Gray’s but he’s a lot more expressive. 

The little boy to the right is Dylan, he’s actually ill, but you can cure him once you revitalize one of the wilting flowers. He’s a little shithead though.

The one above and between Dylan and Spencer is Lu, the bachelor for the fishery. He’s kind of an asshole, but in that “I like you, but the only way I can show it is by being a pain in the ass.”

The one to the left of Spencer, helping him pull the fish in is Adell. He’s Spencer’s best friend and also the mail man. He is also a bachelor and a huge sweetheart, very mate for life.

And the one all the way to the left of Adell is Matthew (also a bachelor). His personality is a little harder to pin. He’s a server at the Laceleaf Tavern (a bar), so he's very friendly to his patrons, but a little sassy when he’s not on the clock. He lacks a filter sometimes, saying things that can make your eyes snap wide the fuck open, but he’ll apologize if its too much. He can be a little chatty, but the things he talks about are usually interesting and he gives sound advice when people need it. He puts his whole heart in a good relationship be it platonic or not. He’s still a bit mischievous and very cunning. Sometimes he’ll pull some strings to make things interesting in town but also get back at those he might dislike.

Anyway, that’s about it for this piece. These are only just a few of the citizens of Wisteria. I can’t wait to show a few more!

I don’t know what it is with sites and programs shitting on the colour red, but whatever, I’ll post it anyway. This is to yet another AU, different from the concubine one, but also not really because he’s still a whore and a magic user. The plot/story is entirely different though and he’s more like his old original self.  I just adore him so much. I wish I had more to say, but I’ve been really discouraged from art as of late, so I guess that’s all I really have to say for now.

I haven’t posted art in a while. Been going through a really bad low for almost a year now.  But here’s some Jaxx doodles from another AU. He’s super powerful old magus who works as a high class concubine. He’s actually using a spell to disguise his true form which is an arachnid. I didn’t draw the body, but there’s a little bust of his arachnid form in the bottom right corner. I think this version is Jaxx is actually my favourite. He’s a much more compassionate and less flighty when bad shit happens, (unlike his original character,) but he’s still very similarly the same Jaxx with his pain-in-the-assness and sass. I just love this design.

A WIP, I really wanted to add a spoopy background. I’ve been toying with all kinds of ideas for Madd, but I finally found a concept I’m very happy with! Looks rather venomous doesn’t he?  So this probably won’t make any sense to anyone, but fuck it. I’ll talk about it anyway.  Jaxx is the suit of spades, (the Ace to be more precise) though many mistakenly assume he’s the joker. Every suit has an alternate form that symbolizes something, Jaxx has Madd, and I’m sure it’s pretty evident what he symbolizes just from the name alone.  Madd is the physical form of Madness. He thrives off of pandemonium--and I mean that in the most literal sense possible. Chaos is his literal food source. His abilities vary from hallucinatory magics, acidic saliva and trapping to incredible physical strength and insane evasive maneuvers. You thought jumping spiders were bad, try a giant 7 foot venomous demon spider that has no visible weakness and is incredibly intelligent and cunning as fuck.

In my original series, he actually gives the main characters such a hard time, not even his Lord can contain him, (though I suppose it doesn’t help that Reggan arachnophobic, so he probably isn’t much help anyway.) Man does he FUCK SHIT UP. It’s awesome.

His personality is hard to pinpoint for me because he’s incredibly unstable and reactions and responses vary. He’s one mercurial son of a bitch. If anyone has any questions about him, feel free to drop me an ask!

So I have this AU to an AU in an AU where Jaxx is a theater teacher who got bored of stage plays and started doing actual TV/Movie films in a school he attends known as Silverwing Academy. He made Eical (the albino in the picture) one of the main characters of the series (he plays a prince), and our little mocha skinned fellow, Zeek, his servant who he ends up falling in love with. 

The whole series has this Game of Thrones thing going, only it does heavily focus on racism towards “beast creatures” and anyone with dark skin. Prince Eical is a rebellious prince who wants darks and anthro’s to be equals.  Jaxx is aware that the whole concept is pretty cliché, though he challenges himself by making it interesting. So far, many of the students who watch this series seem to love it, though they may be biased because there is explicit scenes that the Headmaster IS actually aware of, but says is okay to have so long as there isn’t actual sexual contact. So a lot of it is staged, but he makes sure it looks as realistic and happening as possible.

ANYWAY, this was meant to be a quick sketch, so it’s nothing fancy. I just needed to blow out the character designs before it slipped my mind.
