The youth nowadays sometimes chop up an old car and uses it to drive around town. This is, in swedish, called an EPA-traktor. In the halcyon days of yore, the farmer chopped up a lorry and used it as a farm tractor. This vehicle was also called an EPS-traktor... The grand daddy of todays leisure vehicle for the youths in that sense...
