Is Tom more of a Gaunt or a Riddle?

Yes.

Tom Marvolo Riddle had a Cockney accent at 11? How did they not notice at school that he didn't speak like a pureblood child? He was silent throughout his first year, like in My Fair Lady, he worked on his speech and manners?

In terms of canon, it's not really a thing. Tom having that sort of accent is something fans like to consider, but it's never been anything official. I suppose you could say he did, and then tried very hard to put up a performance to the contrary once he got to school.

Darkness. It is a place of solitude. Of a deep quiet locked away from the loud symphony of the universe. The darkness of his mind, a dreamless void of nothing that welcomes him each night. So pure in its simplicity, so comforting in its familiarity. An escape from his eternal reality… This forever that he himself crafted from the depths of his own unending might. Voldemort opens his eyes, a flash of red piercing through the veil of pitch black. So pure in its obscurity, an endless expanse of nothing and everything all at once. But he knows he is not alone in this place. How could he be, after that which he created. With a loud crack, and somehow inexplicably, cutting through the deep darkness, a jagged shape and a flash of green shifts and forms. It splits reality itself to cast itself over Voldemort like so many times it has before.
