Rain World YCH done for Milo, I didn't get the chance to even post the template and they were already interested in the new ones I was working, thank you a lot! (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ). And that's right guys, I'm doing YCH focused more on the environment and also giving love to the character. However, do understand that my YCH will never be used more than one time, which means that if you take one for yourself, it will be considered the final illustration and unique!

day 2 of rain world art month! today's prompt was "swim", so I made this animation of a slugcat breaching! I've always loved doing this in-game :D

due to circumstances I had to draw on the PC instead of the ipad today, and our mouse is dysfunctional so I elected to do pixel art instead of my usual line art for this one! I feel like making pixel art with a mouse is easier than making line art with a mouse.

anyway, the animation is a little choppier than I would've liked. I didn't start making it until after sundown today & I'm currently on a somewhat early sleep schedule so I didn't really have much time to make more in-between frames.

but I'm still pretty happy with how it turned out! as someone who has wanted to learn how to animate for a long time but could never really get into the habit of practicing I feel pretty accomplished having completed an animation like this! especially since almost all animations I've made are just simple blinking animations. It feels good to animate something totally different from that!
