Though this is just a very small part of the comic, I still think this is my favorite bit.

Last trip down memory lane (for now).
Back when I was fully into @hlvrai-twh back in 2023, there was an instance where our small group were grieving the loss of a character. To cope, I wanted to make a comic where they actually met a good end.
I never got around to finishing it but looking at it now, wish I did.
I'm not really in the community anymore but while digging through old files, found this wip/concept that didn't go anywhere after.

Running out of excuses reasons on why I can't draw. Still have a few projects that is due very soon but waiting on things, then the hat reconstruction and couple others that is due later...
Anyway, I just learned how to knit after wanting to learn for years.

Hiya.
Just wanted to pop in to ask about question: the cosplay projects I have done- the first go and casual Militsioner- were stressful but had fun making them. Because of them, it helped me make new friends and even had a light talk with one of the devs.
However, while I want to and have plans on redoing the original Militsioner cosplay... is it worth pursuing?
The plan is remaking the entire hat from scratch; no pre-made hat as a base, all of it by hand including the emblems and coat of arms again and maybe the epaulettes for a third time if I can find better supplies. Going to give myself more time than the month and a half I pushed two years ago.
But, I dont know if it is worth the time and effort to do it. Or is it better relegated to drawing since that seems to be the more preferred media of choice and everyone doesnt need to see my face anymore, heh. I know im not good looking/pleasing to look at but I also know im not a fast or great artist either.
Probably just speaking from frustration. I love both forms of art but both brought their own specific form of pain. The comparison of skill set to others who have years of experience or fast turnouts and how my appearance diminish the work, time, and I guess love I pour into my craft.
I don't know what to do.
