I am cooking up some Zhonglette art but it took an embarrassing amount of time to sketch out outfits 😭 Here’s a W.I.P🤺

Yes I like the Zhonglette dynamic but every once in awhile Neuvilli will be thrown in there 😊 I just imagine Zhongli giving clear hints that he wants Neuvillette to dominant him but Neuvillette doesn’t get the hints right away.

“Zhongli rather dramatically falls into Neuvillette’s arms.”

Zhongli: Isn’t my darling, strong husband so strong? Now he’ll have to carry me all the way to Liyue😌

Neuvillette: ‘Confused why Zhongli just did the most unnecessary fall ever but happily carries him all the way to Liyue.’

And ever since the first time Neuvillette took control they agreed to switch every once in awhile because Zhongli is a brat and wants to be dominated by his Iudex.

And Neuvillette secretly enjoyed it.

I lowkey want to make a Zhonglette TGCF AU I brainstormed some ideas but I’m not totally sure.. A part of me wants to make Neuvillette and Zhongli old gods (Gods that have been around much earlier than the known kingdoms.) And another part of me just wants to make Neuvillette suffer and Zhongli is forced to watched.

I feel like Neuvillette and Xie Lian would be besties (or well at least close friends) Neuvi meets him after the whole Wu Ming thing and they’ve been close ever since.

Zhongli I could see getting along with Ling Wen the most.. idk I feel like he’d have the most respect for her even though he respects all of the heavenly officials.

Zhongli and Neuvillette are old gods, however their ‘real’ god titles are a mystery to even Jun Wu. They call themselves the God of Contracts and the God of Justice but any records of them have been destroyed.

I am still debating whether Neuvi should be blind or mute due to cursed shackles.. but that’s a still on going debate between me, myself and I.

Jun Wu probably having some weird obsession over them because they are so mysterious, the more you know about those two the less you know.

Feel like Hua Cheng would respect Zhongli and Neuvillette but doesn’t fully trust them because of how mysterious they are. Same with He Xuan.

I feel like some heavenly officials would lowkey judge Neuvillette because of his white hair + indications of blue hair and his eyes are very unique. They would probably fanboy/fangirl over Zhongli because who wouldn’t?

And yes Zhongli and Neuvillette have been married for a very very long time.

I’ve been wanting to write about a Mute!Neuvi for so long but no good ideas came to mind, and I scraped a lot of fanfics sooo.. I drew it!!

Doesn’t he look so good in Zhongli’s colors? A ribbon is tied around his neck to hide a scar(or shackle markings still deciding.)

And of course Zhongli loves his dragon no matter what.

I love them so much.

I drew Zhonglette if they were in a more modern world.

Or as I like to call it, the Archons and Sovereigns live until the modern day. I had a bunch of ideas for this in my head that I might get into another time.

Neuvillette’s two horns (rhinosphores?) Are disguised as two long hair strands and he learned how to turn his ears more human like.

I thought he’d look cute with white eyelashes 🥲

Zhongli and Neuvillette are assumed to be in their late twenties, early thirties. But in reality they’re like millions of years old.

And they are hopelessly, tragically and unapologetically in love : ) also they’re married.

Currently working on two Neuvili/Zhonglette fanfics but Zhongli got too much going on and is not making it easy to come up with a good deep backstory for him 💀 like WHO is this guy?? I swear he has like 4+ titles 😭 Zhongli I love you but WHO ARE YOU?!

At least he gives me the freedom to do what I want with a made up backstory while trying to keep his confirmed lore in check but sheesh dude chill out. Same with Venti cause idk what’s going on with him.

But I love them both anyway..

Zhongli stared at the sight before him with crossed arms, his eyes were narrowed while his eyebrow twitched.

Never had he ever want to hit a Vishap so bad.

The pack of four Hydro Vishaps were in the middle of a series of head, chin, and ear scratched from the Iudex of Fontaine, who was more than happy to indulge the creatures. While Neuvillette’s head was turned towards the Vishaps and giving them compliments and whispering sweet words to them.

Zhongli swears the Vishaps were looking at him.

No he knew they were looking at him.

With satisfaction as if they were silently mocking him, he could see the glint in their eyes.

Neuvillette was oblivious to the silent staring context the former Archon and the Hydro creatures were having with one another. His hands cupped the cheeks of one of the Vishap’s gently rubbing them, the creature purred in delight at the attention.

Zhongli felt so stupid and ridiculous for feeling these emotions at the mere sight of his Neuvillette shower the Vishaps with attention.

Zhongli was the only one worthy of his Neuvillette’s attention and time.. not them.

“Zhongli aren’t they just amazing creatures?” He forced a small smile on his lips when Neuvillette addressed him.

“Indeed they are.” His voice was tight as if he was surpassing the feeling to growl.

No they are not.

Zhongli doesn’t know why he is feeling this way, he never had an issue with Vishaps as long as they weren’t causing trouble.

But his dragon instincts didn’t like seeing them one bit.

The thing was, Zhongli knew all animals had the tendency to immediately warm up to Neuvillette, he was kindhearted and soft to all living beings, especially Hydro creatures.

He was their Sovereign.

Zhongli knew this, but that didn’t mean his dragon side had to like it.

And Rex Lapis he didn’t like it one bit.

Zhongli’s eyes began to travel to Neuvillette’s neck that was exposed to do previous licking from the Vishap’s, the exposed skin was glistening from saliva.

Zhongli wanted to sink his teeth in the smooth, pale skin to mark what was his.

Archons, he felt so ridiculous…

Neuvillette raised his eyebrow as he continued to stare at the former Archon. His face twisted into concern as he took in Zhongli’s intense state. The Vishap he was rubbing growled lowly as Neuvillette’s hands lowered so he could face Zhongli.

“Are you alright? You seem rather tense.”

Zhongli may have had a neutral expression but deep down his dragon side was happy to have earned the Iudex’s attention.

“It’s nothing Monsiure.” He and Neuvillette both knew that was a lie, the Iudex didn’t seem convinced.

The former Archon stiffened when the judge walked towards him so he couldn’t be standing directly in front of him. His heart made a leap as gloved hands found their place on his cheeks.

Neuvillette’s lips were formed into a teasing smile. “Do not inform me that you are feeling jealousy towards the Vishaps.”

His Neuvillette was so intelligent wasn’t he?

“I am not aware of what you are referring to, do not assume Monsuire Neuvillette.” Zhongli tried to dismiss it but it only made the younger dragon laugh softly, he had a very nice laugh, it was music to the older dragons ears.

“I am fully aware of the glares you were sharing with the Vishaps.” For a second his head tuned to look at the pack of Vishaps that were now glaring at Zhongli.

“There is no need for you any of you to feel jealousy towards one another, you are aware that I adore you just as much as I do the Vishaps, don’t you?” His thumbs began to gently stroke Zhongli’s now red faint cheeks.

“..yes..”

“Then be a good dragon for me and stop glaring at them as if you want to harm them.”

If only Neuvillette knew, however Zhongli’s previous violent thoughts died down at the feeling of the Hydro Dragon’s touch, even a purr began to rumble out of his chest.

“And you four.” Neuvillette turned his head to look at the now clearly angered Vishaps. “I don’t want you glaring at him or baring your teeth, understand?”

Zhongli resisted the urge to smirk at seeing the Vishaps slowly drop their gazes towards the ground, they whimpered softly however they seemed to understand their Sovereign clearly.

That’ll show them.

Zhongli is a huge gift giver, like Neuvi has a closet dedicated to the gifts Zhongli gives him. From more private outfits, to hanfu’s, to robes, to hair accessories, earrings and so on. Neuvillette has worn/used every single gift, not just because they are beautiful but also he likes seeing that stupid grin that spreads on Zhongli’s face. (The gift he wears the most is a hair ribbon Zhongli gifted him in their first official date.)🤭

The only time Zhongli remembers he has a wallet.

I could see Neuvillette being an acts of service man. He enjoys cooking, doing Zhongli’s hair, etc because it fills him with joy that he can care for someone and be useful. While Neuvillette also can be a gift giver he uses acts of service more.

THEY HAVE ME IN A CHOKEHOLD SOMEONE HELP

Zhonglette walking through the forest to discover a large pack of Hydro Vishaps. They immediately take a large liking to Neuvi and when Neuvi gives then chin/head scratches the Vishaps just stare at Zhongli with pure satisfaction and he glares back with jealousy he thought he could never feel for a creature.

Meet my Sovereign of Anemo OC Venntaroal! Since the Sovereigns do appear in my Zhonglette fic I felt the need to draw him.

Other titles: The Keeper of Time, God of Time, The Absent Sovereign.

Just a sketch no set color palette for him for now.

Anyway here’s some basic info about him.

• Age: Just as Ancient as Teyvat

•Height: 5’11

•Love Interest: None at the moment (I’ll most likely pair him with someone from a different nation.)

•Favorite Food: Clouds, only clear clouds. He doesn’t mind rain clouds however they are to watery for him.

•Favorite Sibling: Neuvillette

•He is the closest with Neuvillette, even in the Hydro Dragon’s first life they were inseparable.

•Loves to mess with Zhiolgagaruh (Geo Sovereign OC.) even though in their youth, Zhiolgagaruh has thrown a couple of large objects at him.

• In Mondstat he goes by the name ‘Sabiyoru.’ A mischievous and mysterious flute playing individual who most don’t believe exists considering he tends to appear and disappear with the sounds of the wind. Only few see Ventra, let alone have heard his voice. When they see him, they only see a cloaked man playing a soft tune on his flute.

•He doesn’t hate the Archons. He used to hold deep hatred for them, however in recent years he soon came to an end that his anger wouldn’t fix or solve anything. As their tensions decrease, he and Barbados will grow to be close friends. The Archons he didn’t get along with would be Raiden and Mavuika. He and Raiden have clashing personalities, while with Mavuika it’s nothing major, on occasions he doesn’t see eye to eye with her.

•He gets along with Barbatos and Furina the most, Nahida sees him as childish at times. While he’s been dealing with Morax the longest. He has gotten a mountain thrown at him once or twice. Venntaroal reminds Morax of Barbatos a lot.

•He has watched Barbatos grow into the individual he is in present time. From a mere wind spirit to being a god in disguise. He may also mess with the Anemo God from time to time with winds much stronger than his own. Barbatos, Anemo creatures and the Traveler are the only ones who can see Ventra as ‘Venntaroal.” However the winds moved to swiftly for them to even call out his name.

• Venntaroal was the first one Neuvillette told about his relationship with Morax along with Zhiolgagaruh. At first the Anemo Sovereign was conflicted about it, however he has grown to accepting Morax. If anything Venntaroal had the best reaction out of the other six Sovereign’s.

•He prefers freeing and loose clothes, however around children/young people he will cover himself with a cloak.

• The tattoos on his body glow when using his powers. However not as bright as they used to without his full Authority.

•The most mysterious one out of the Seven Sovereigns.

•He calls Neuvi his Little Raindrop.

I mainly took inspiration from Venti and Dvalin. However when it comes to his eye shape and gloves I took inspiration from Neuvi.
