You probably realized this already but I think you're gonna have a really hard time finding their moments because Kai is SUPER careful about interacting with any female idols. He should learn from Taemin and realize that he can interact with female idols and it'll be ok (esp idols in SM) instead of trying to ignore them/limit his interactions with them 'cause it makes him look super awkward (like remember the quick shy glances at Krystal?) when they're close friends haha. But to each his own.
I kind of disagree with you though. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but I think jongin can interact with whomever he wants. He's generally a pretty shy person, which is why he probably tends to not interact with many people, but I'm only assuming. Comparing him to Taemin, who is 4-5 years his senior, is kind of unreasonable and I don't think I've seen Taemin interact with a lot of female idols outside of variety shows either.
Hey I just found a kai x seulgi moment at SMtown on 141005 on twitter. He smiled at her and didn't look away until she did! And he may have tried to semi-wave at her with his left hand but that could be my wishful thinking lol. Pretty blurry though. Maybe you can find the original video? He seems more comfortable with Seulgi. : D Btw are you a Seulgi or Kai fan/are they your biases or do you just ship them? I just find their friendship cute since they know each other from way back (also since they both seem to be friends with SM Rookies Johnny). My biases from both groups are them so seeing them interact is great! Also thanks for making this blog!

Jongin and seulgi are both my biases as well! They’re so cute and I wish I could see more interactions since they’ve both debuted now :( We’re really alike!! haha
Now if only we can find a better fancam of the moment at 5:01 and 5:23 when he talked to her in the fancam you posted. I think he's closer with Seulgi than say Krystal maybe because they've always been really close since trainee days (photo booth picture) or Seulgi's bright personality makes it easier for him to not be scared of fans noticing them talking cause I remember he avoided Krystal when f(x) won on 130811 at SBS Inkigayo (probably to avoid a scandal) and at SMtowns.
Hey I just wanted to tell you I found a closer shot of Kai talking to Seulgi after Winner was announced as the winner of the Best New Artist Award on the 141221 SBS Gayo Daejun. At 0:13 he turns around and starts to talk (possibly to comfort/tease her?) about RV losing it seems. I think it's cute how he seems kind of serious about it.
