I bought a ring light and stand thinking that it would help with my depression and anxiety. My thought process was I would talk into my phone, post it and work out my issues that way somehow. I am not *quite* to that point yet. I did spend the day trying out the clicker function and the different shades of light. My skin has never looked better. 🥰 This was a fun exercise in confronting myself head on. I do NOT normally take selfies. But this was a fun, therapeutic session to help me remember who I'm trying to help.
