hey! so i didn't eat until 3. p.m. and 7 p.m. so it only gave me 4 hours to eat. I'd only eat 600 calories a day and worked out in the morning for an hour and drink green tea to boost my metabolism. i mostly eat strawberries, mango, chew on gum if i was craving anything, and only drank water, coffee, and green tea. I also did take laxatives but i won't recommend that bc after a couple of days it gave me really bad stomach cramps. I hope this helped! If u have any other questions pls message me!! <3

Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious met Nancy Spungen when she visited England from America as part of an entourage for Johnny Thunders & The Heartbreakers during their 1977 tour. They began dating after hitting it off, and the relationship continued even after the Sex Pistols broke up.

On October 12 1978, the body of 20 year old Spungen was found in their shared New York hotel room, sustaining multiple stab wounds to her stomach. The same day, Vicious was arrested and charged for the murder.

3 months later he would be found dead by his mother from a heroin overdose. Following his death, the NYPD closed the case and didn’t take further action regarding Spungen’s death.
