A few of my thoughts:

I would like to believe that the Perpetua horse is a male and the Copia horse is a female. And that they like each other. And I also like to think that both horses are more drawn to Perpetua. Because he approves of their relationship and is basically closer to animals? Because Copia is more attached to rats and does not understand much about horse habits.
