I really like how both of them have the fear of insecurity/inferiority. Dynamic here is very interesting

Chai acts out and does all this crazy stuff bc of it (CNMN's dialogue before track 5), giving off massive people pleaser vibes and fears ppl will leave him, and kale just constantly pushing people too much and he also feels like asking for comfort would be seen as a weakness despite the fact that he needs it more than everything

I like the idea that post game kale just feeling even worse since everyone knows about the shit he tried to pull

^^ and chai just following him around trying to figure him out and also realizing that they both have the same fears

Yeah they would DEFINITELY fight a lot but chai not giving up on him and kale wondering why this is the one person he can't push away
