Man. This had been one hell of a Nurses Week that had challenged me in so many different ways. Of all the lessons learned, the greatest was having Faith that God puts you right where you need to be at every right moment, whether you’re ready to accept that or not. If He entrusts you for something, have faith that you have it in you to help others heal, celebrate, mourn, and keep precious moments sacred. I have grown exponentially in mind, heart, spirit, and skillfully over the past couple of years delivering lovely little humans. All of my growth has been memorable because He blessed me with my Birchie family. For everyone who’s ever laughed with me, cried with me, hugged me when I needed it, when I didn’t need it, or encouraged me daily - thank you. You’re all an inspiration. And for my man who’s tough enough to endure and love the not-so-pretty sides of me from nursing and buys me a cake just for nurses’ week- thank you!
