Progress
All I want is like a dozen donuts. And I am so proud of that. This is evidence of my commitment to Whole30 for the past 2ish weeks. It is too much to type it all out here day-by-day... sorry (to all zero of you reading this). Maybe I’ll do one big post about the entire process and progress at the end. I can tell you that I lost about 1lb per day that I was fully committed to the diet. So, that is to say, it works great for someone like me who has a sedentary job and loves baked goods.
Gonna make bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns for dinner. I am SUPER hungry these days and not sleeping well at all. Thought a big, calorie-intensive meal might help.
