【―ALL FOR THE FUTURE―】 Kamiki Ryunosuke's thoughts on Seta Soujiro "When they were filming the '1st movie', I brought the manga with Soujiro's cover to the office and asked them about the live action version... I have been practicing Shukuchi on my own!"

"It was love at first sight, I didn't expect that I'd be allowed to perform so I was very happy! I'm glad to have practiced... I thought all of the practice was worth it!! I'm very happy!!!"

Excerpt from Eiga Natalie: R (while waiting for the sequel): I bought a wooden sword and started practicing with "preparation for the role" in mind. (He also practiced 'Shukuchi' then showed it to Takeru who was surprised) T: Isn't it troublesome. To start on your own (laughs)

Dir. Otomo: It is widely known in the industry that he was practicing for Soujiro (laughs) [*Please feel free to give corrections. Thank you very much. 📷]

On his appearance in a pivotal scene in "The Final" R: I love Soujiro a lot that I was living wondering if I'll be able to touch a sword again. On crossing the scrambled intersection I thought, "Isn't this situation one too many?" (laughs).

(cont.) I wondered if I would have the chance to do it again someday. T: The scene he is in isn't long. We only shot it in 3 days. But it didn't seem like 3 days due to the degree of contribution. His voice is amazing. The moment Soujiro spoke, the scene's atmosphere changed.

Dir Otomo: When planning a surprise, the first thing that came to mind was Kamiki-kun. When we were writing the script, Takeru-kun also suggested, "How about bringing out Soujiro?". It's a great opportunity for us too. I told him that there's no way he would not appear. (laughs)

Regarding Sato & Kamiki's work together Dir. Otomo: The combination is complete and they are perfectly in sync. You can see that they really trust each other. For us, we just had to figure out how to make [the scene] look attractive. It was heart-pounding.
