Behind the mountains, behind the forests, a river flows waves of fire, boiling and bubbling, forbidding anyone to cross. Over that river lies a scorching bridge, hot and burning, and you are to walk upon it into the realm of slumber. Go, you soul, without looking back, without fear; let not the heat of that river touch you, let the heat of the bridge turn into peace for you.
