I had to reach out to a helpline today. They told me to ring 111 which was a load of shit, I rung up and was sat waiting to get through for ages. I have a stupid court case and my meds just are not helping me anymore. I know I need help and I am on the waiting list for therapy I just. I feel like I am at the end? Everything has hit me all at once to be honest.
