Hi, I am a student. My university closed today because of the corona virus. Let's see how long ot takes till everything here is off. There are already patrols at the borders, and if you have high temperature you can't cross. The gas prices dropped drastically. A lot of stuff is sold out. And there is a lot of panic. Lets see how this will go.

Hear me out: PETA is absolute shit

I have read a lot about PETA on their websites and I was a fan of them for a long time. Cause I'm the opinion animals should not be harmed, and I thought they were too. But no.

I guess all of you heard about the steve irwin thing, or how bad zoos are in their opinion, or that sheep shouldn't be sheared or that cats can live vegan. Which is all absolute dumb assery.

Well this is going to be a longer story:

I am from a farm so I know a lot about this topic. And I am a volunteer firefighter. Well, imagine it's friday night about 2am and you are brutally awaken by the shrill sound off the fire fighter siren. You rush to the other volunteer firefighters. (Note: volunteer means they all have to go to work the other morning, they get no money for this and they still get up and do this.)

The mission is: 'fire in a farm'. There are a lot of other fire departements on the way, too. You arrive to a fully burning barn with pigs, a barn with hay not completely burning and a close house which is not yet burning. This is it from afar:

The department chief decides to set up a water front that the fire can't get to the house. The barn with the pigs is so hard burning that the building can't be saved. Still firefighters get in, endangering themselves, to try and save some of the remaning pigs. The farmer had already managed to free some thus having bad burns and smoke poisoning himself. Meanwhile other firefighters try to extinguish the fire from the outside. For luck there are much hydrants near. Still 250 of about 500 pigs died this night either of smoke poisoning or of burns. The others had to be sold, because their barn was burned down to the whole and where else could they stay. For luck the house could be saved from greater harms.

This is a existance ruined. A farmer loves their animals and I saw a lot of firefighters crying. This is a rural region. A lot of people here are farmers or at least close to a farm. This was devastating.

Now a few days pass. The mission took to the next morning because there were many remaining embers which had to be extinguished. The ruin is still there reminding everybody of the horrible night. The farmer is back from the hospital to a ruined farm, ruins without animals remaining, a lot of hay and farm machines lost. And the is back to some letters.

Here is where PETA enters. They filed charges against this farmer. You want to know why? They claimed there was not a good system of water for the firefighters, they claimed that no pigs had to burn if everyone was vegan. They claimed it is impossible to help animals if there are to much in one barn.

They do not know any of this. They didn't even check if there was something wrong with the water systems. They just filed it. The county had invested 90.000 euros in firefighters and watersystems the year before.

Imagine your farm burns down, you lose everything and then some fuckers file charges even if they don't know anything.

PETA fucking sucks.

Oh yeah great that my feed reminds me of my great loneliness again by posting all about valentinesday. At least I'm so stressed about exams it can't really much affect me.

So I have two exams next week and I stressed totaly for one of those. Now I just found out the otger obe needs way more preparement. So some more nights out there on science.

So as I don't follow many blogs tumblr shows me stuff I may like. And as I like to read a lot it showed me a book aesthetik. Which wouldn't be to bad. But I was like: I know that from somewhere. I made the mistake to look from where. This fucking post was from the libary of the town where I grew up.

You should know my family were/are abusive fucks and I'm hella glad I'm away from there and finally doing what I want.

Now I'm back in feeling bad.

Guys, I'm not gonna tell you I nearly cried over this bread. It's smell is like the best thing I ever smelled, and it's so nice and warm. I made the own dough and let it rise. This is like my own baby. I feel so powerfull, I created this. And like, I really cried over this

I washed my car. Well this happend to be the first time again in months after a dry and dusty summer in a very rural part of the country. And my car seriously went from greyish-darkblue to a nice clear blue. And I was like: nice finally clean again. Then I parked it in the city and had to search for it cause I didn't recognice the colour. Bamboozled by my own car xDD

Ever since I read harry potter I loved Regulus Black. I relate too him so much. This guy grew up in a abusive home, was forced to join voldemort. And then he just died alone in a cave too change the world, even when he would not see it again. Absolutely inspirational.

I couldn't study yersterday cause I was depressed and now I'm more depressed cause I didn't study. Any idea how to stop that shit?

I'm in this year for not even 10 days and well, Climate change is ruining Australia and other asian countries, WW3 is trending and no one seems to realize we are the fault. Not like any ancient calendars or stellar constellations. It's us and it looks like we really got it this time. In 6 degrees this planet is unliveable. We already gave gone further than we should have. There may happen something worse than only heat. Fires and floods is something we all have experinced. Methan hydrats could be melting, not only causeing warmth faster but maybe also a Storegga-effect. Which can in worst cases cause a tsunami big enough to ruin everything on the coasts and 300m or moe in. We can expect 6m rise of sealevels when all the ice has melted. And the ice melting is not salty. While the sea is. This could drastically damage the gulf-stream and other streams due thermohaline changes. As there are a lot of underground streams not fully discoverd this could get worse than thought. But as the thought is a new ice-age for europe, thats not to great either. Also a lot of animals will suffer under new conditions. A lot will die out. We aim for 6 degrees in a time we will all live to see
