Jeon Jungkook, one of South Korea’s most successful young surgeons, lost his best friend Kim Taehyung when he was 15— and Jungkook has been blaming himself ever since.

Jungkook had been repeating those phrases in his head for the past ten years, tormenting himself until nothing’s left of him.
It was exhausting.
But, just as Jungkook was about to move on, he met V, who had recently returned to Korea from UCLA to work as a new intern in their hospital— V, who starkly resembles Kim Taehyung.
Just like that, Jungkook’s world was turned upside down once more.
Hi 👋 love all your posts so much. And did you see Taehyung on his vlive today? It was so short but he managed to mention Jungkook. Do you think he did that as just a casual mention or do you there’s more behind it when he does that? Like when he mentioned Jungkook during Hobi’s vlive (in Vegas or LA, I can’t remember which city it was). Is it a flex or is it just coincidence. What are your thoughts?
Hi, and thank you! Yes, I watched the live a few minutes ago, and yes he sure did lol.
Honestly this is one of those things where I think the simplest explanation is the most likely to be true, and to me it seems like the simplest explanation is that he said it because it was true, he was thinking about it, and he wanted to mention it at some level that probably wasn’t super conscious.
Obviously, as someone who thinks it’s very likely that Jungkook and Taehyung are in a relationship, I’m going to notice the fact that it was the middle of the night and that Tae mentioned it almost right away. Those stand out to me as interesting details.
But as for the namedrop itself, I think that Tae mentioned Jungkook because he’s fond of Jungkook and excited to talk about him. Whether that’s because they’re in a relationship or just because they’re good friends, I can’t say any more than anyone else can, though once again it’s further proof that they spend time off work hanging out and/or talking to each other.
In any case, I personally think Taehyung mentions Jungkook a lot because he loves Jungkook (whatever form of love that is) and thinks about Jungkook a lot. He mentions Jungkook because Jungkook is on his mind. I doubt it’s any more complicated than that, and I seriously doubt it’s something he’s plotting or doing with any more intention beyond just excitement over Jungkook for whatever reason.
I think he just loves him, thinks about him, and at some level, he’s excited to share that, so he mentions him.

namjoon
Namjoon would be one to participate in pillow talk. He would want to know what you liked the most and what you liked the least, what you would want to try next. He would also be very vocal to let you know his feelings and what he would want to try out, i think that communication would be important to him so you both could enjoy yourselves in the bedroom. Other than that, he would cuddle you and tell you how beautiful you are and how much he loves you, how good you made him feel etc, he might be one for massages and affirmation too.
seokjin
cuddles and food, after it happens, Jin would probably be making sure you are okay, cleaning you up and himself before holding you close. He would want to be very much in your embrace as much as he wants to hold you. The morning after (as jin said himself) he would have breakfast made for you by the time you woke up, it would either be breakfast in bed or in the kitchen depending if you were up before he could put it all on the tray or not.
yoongi
massages and baths - yoongi will massage wherever it hurts, kissing each part to make it all better, tickling you here and there to hear your laughter, when you are comfortable, he would encourage you to go to the bathroom as he organises the bath, here he would hold you and plant kisses on your shoulder and neck, maybe even washing your hair and massaging your scalp. If he is unsure, in the morning he would make sure all your needs are being satisfied in the bedroom before and after sex, he would also mention if his needs are.
hoseok
hoseok will be letting you know how much he loves you, how beautiful you are and how well you did and, he would probably like the same back. (probably be fighting to give the most compliments and love to each other at this point but oh well) he would draw shapes and patterns on your skin and hold you close to him, in the morning he would wake you with soft kisses and pull you into the shower with him, where here he would hold you and maybe wash each other
jimin
kisses, many many slow and passionate kisses as the two of you are coming down from your high, he would probably whisper sweet nothings to you and all night he would hold you close and make sure the two of you were covered and warm, in the morning he would wake you up gently by your name or maybe with a kiss, and he would be delighted if he received the same - or some simple sweet nothings before he went to his dreamland.
taehyung
he would probably carry you to the bath, making sure the fragance wasn't too harsh on your noses and play some calm and relaxing music (it would would probably be a bubble bath too) he would massage each part of your body, especially where it hurt, under the water and the two of you would most likely switch so he could get a massage of his own, after that, he would put on a romcon - something like about time or two week notice, something fun and light and romantic.
jungkook
jungkook would probably be into talking about the experience, made sure you enjoyed it, sharing his thoughts too, before carrying you to the bathroom and preparing the bath as you did your business, the two of you would probably spend so much time in the bath that your skins would wrinkle before you finally got out. I think Jungkook would probably do his skin care with you side by side in the mirror and you bet he would slab extra cream onto your face when you're done, just to annoy you since he finds your facial expressions cute. the next day or after that would be a mini date, he would either grab snacks or order food and watch a kdrama or movie with you, cuddling up to you as he does so.

Like, me and my sister went to a museum, and they had an extra exhibit of butterflies. But it cost £3. So we sighed, walked past, then stopped. We each had £3. We could see the butterflies. And we did it was great. We followed it up with an ice-cream as well because Mum and Dad weren’t there to say no.
I was driving back from a work trip with 2 other people in their early 20s, and we drove past a MacDonalds. One of the others went “Aww man, I’d love a McFlurry.” And the guy driving pulled in to the drive through. It was wild. But it was great.
I went to a park over the weekend and I was thinking “Man, I’d love to hire one of those bikes and cycle round the park.” It took me a few minutes to go “Wait, I can hire one of those bikes!”
I guess what I’m saying is, those impulsive things you wanted to do as a kid - see the dinosaur exhibit, play in the fountains with the other kids, lie in the shade for 2 hours - you can do when you’re an adult. You have to deal with a whole lot of other bull, but at least you can indulge your inner 8 year-old.
