Over the summer, I will be documenting Atlanta Soul singer, LaTosha Brown, as she records her first EP.

Brown toured the south singing with a all-girl trio in the 80's and 90's then drove into activism and charitable work without singing a peep. Now she has decided to embrace her passion and talent for music. I hope to capture the ups and downs of living your dreams in 40's.

Chef Hopeton Hibbert started his supper club, Flavor Excursions in 2012. With the help of his partner Oksana, they have created a cozy adventure in culinary arts. Each month Chef Hopeton creates a menu centered on a theme exploring different cuisines and delighting the palates of his guests. Hobo Hotel is a no-kill shelter for cats. It is one of my favorite organizations in Lake Charles. They do such get work saving the lives of abandoned cats. It was a pleasure to shoot a few photos for them in 2012. I just wish I had more time and money to help.
