Are you talking about this post? If so, I’m not the original poster of it. They would be the ones more likely to know the source of the symbols and whatever information you’re looking for.
I can take a guess though. It might be from a book called Ars Vercanus: Advanced Magickal Techniques by Vasilios Wennergren and Lynn Wennergren. The authors create their own magic symbols using the Greek written characters from the ancient Papyri Graecae Magicae (Greek Magical Papyri), which contains a number of magical spells, formulae, hymns, and rituals.
Usually the method would be to write out your spell or purpose for it and use the (modern or ancient) alphabet in a wheel format to create a sigil. The links below will explain it better.
