Karmen Davis is a 23 year old with a generous, calm, and loyal, albeit impulsive, personality.

She's curious about the supernatural, even though some of it can scare her.

But when someone she cares about is in trouble, she shows unexpected courage.

In extreme situations, she uses her trusty frying pan, Mr. Pan, and even though it seems like an unusual weapon, she knows how to use it just right to stun her enemies (and then make a omelette).

She's engaged to Derek, a skilled red-haired mercenary, whom she met on a mountain trip.

She has a phobia of heights, spiders, and scorpions.

She occasionally lends a hand to Ms. Pauling, who is also a friend of hers, while her uncle is a famous doctor and scientist, who taught his niece the basics of medicine and science.
