The goal was to design a vehicle that inspires a game. Bottom right shows some knowledge based sketches, bottom left were a few rough ideas. And top shows a more flushed out idea.
A tribute to the classic Snake game, playable on modern smart phones and played using touch controls. The Municipal Train is capable of going through water, land, and air. Collect cargo and get to your destination without colliding with yourself or other dangerous obstacles along the way.
HUD design for the game Pyro Park. As I worked on this I had to remind myself of my goals: design a user friendly HUD that stays consistent with other UI elements while also fitting into the overall art style and theme.

We wanted Pyro Park to have an educational aspect, and while we hope the game-play itself does a decent job of educating by putting the player in the context, we’ve also made the Glossary: a place to learn more about different aspects of wildfires, accessed through the main menu.
