When a a customer calls in asking for help logging in saying theyre locked out (they are not) and need help logging in and keep ypu on the line for 30 fucking minutes because they dont know how to reset their password even though you explained 3 times already and there are 15 people in the lobby and a customer is literally hovering over your counter waving checks in your face and this person IS STILL ON THE PHONE SLOWLY TYPING ONE LETTER AT A TIME
