#i. bro.#im still baffled#i had to explain to someone that. that social security requires us to make any funds payable to the estate of the account holder.#it was apparently just. not clicking to them that just because they were a conservator doesnt mean they were a beneficiary......#you LEGALLY. not entitled to the funds.... and then i had to explain how they establish an estate#i am just a bank teller btw. this bank is just too cheap to have a legal team that doesnt specifically cover their own ass.#so of course one more thing offloaded onto us
