Hey folks, we're back from our vacation and pumped to share our latest illustration with you! đȘ We've been commissioned to create a magazine cover illustration about kids having fun at a playground. This is what we came up with. Can you spot the Steven Universe reference? đ
YEAH! Finally, we can show you the illustration and the cover design we've been working on the past month! đȘ
The publisher "BW Bildung und Wissen Verlag" commissioned us to do a re-brand for their magazine "planet-beruf.de". It's for a pitch, though, so we don''t know if the client will use the layout design in the end. But they really love the illustration! We do, too! â„
2019 is the year of the pig according to the Asian astrological signs. We felt inspired by that and created an illustration with a strong Japanese influence. â„ Fun fact: In Japan it's actually the year of the boar! So we created a second version. â„Â . This illustration was created with the awesome Atomica Print Effects Kit by True Grit Texture Supply.
A new Christmas illustration! đ„ We asked ourselves "What would be the best way to get as many presents as possible?" The answer is to prepare the biggest sock ever!

This poster is inspired by a quote from John Oliver on Last Week Tonight: "Sex is like boxing. If one of the parties didn't agree to participate, the other one is commiting a crime."
It's such a simple rule of thumb, yet so strong! More people should know it! This is why we decided to illustrate the quote. Enjoy. And don't forget: consent is sexy! â„
Last year the swiss firm Energie 360° commissioned us to design an icon set and several info-graphics for their website. We really enjoyed working on this project and we love how everything turned out in the end.

The comic pages are the result of the comic workshop âZerbröckelt und Geklaubtâ for professional illustrators and comic artists.
We also produced a zine showcasing everything that has been produced during the workshop. It has 118 pages and includes 14 comics, plus several sketches and illustrations.

Each one of us had 5 days to create a comic. In the end we put all contributions into a zine. The original pages have been exhibited at our local comic book store Ultra Comix and the zine is sold there, too.
In the end we even got mentioned in the newspaper.
We had an extremely good time and we canât wait to do something like this again!

We did 4 informative illustrations for a social media campaign of an animal rights organization. It is supposed to bring awareness to the cruel methods of bear bile farming in Vietnam and offers solutions on how to stop it.

This emblem was a design we made for a beer mug for the fairs in Nuremberg, Germany.
It consits of only 4 colors for easy screen printing. Overall we created 7 icon designs for this project which capture the atmosphere of the fairs in NĂŒrnberg.

The task was to create iIllustrative infographics showing the dos and don'ts of wood working together with matching icon designs. This booklet was designed as a handout for workers to avoid risks and ensure safety at work.
It consisted of 116 illustrations and 85 icon designs.
