I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: it’s grossly unethical to pay your employees so little that they could work for you full time and still not have enough money to live on.  If you can’t pay your employees a living wage, you’re failing as a business.  If you can and you won’t, you’re failing as a person.

New Chapter.

Today is the third page of this need chapter of my book called life.  Today is the third day into the end of the life I knew before, the life i was so comfortable with.  God, I am in so much pain still on this third day,

but i know he has so much in store for me.  Everything happens for a reason, so I shouldn’t question His reasons.  If He wanted this to happen, then He is testing my strength to persevere through this time of immense change.

For the past couple of days, Ive been consumed and wallowing with self destructive behavior. But I am stronger than this. I am as strong as His will and love for me. So it’s time for a change.  He pushed me out of comfort for a reason. 

He pushed me into isolation, so i can finally get to know myself and find true strength. So in this time that’s what I need to do.  Push myself to be more self-disciplined because thats the truest love I can have for myself.  I am now on my own.  All i have,
