Heaven Is... When I am With You!

Just an emotional shoutout to the amazing Scribs! I remember finding her story before I even made an official a03 account for myself! Months later, Scribbs had reached out to me and we shared our love for this series, and that's when I made the connection! She also admired my art so we began to write back and forth about the stories we wanted to share and art, and here we are, SIX commissions later, showcasing her amazing storytelling, a few story collabs, and her amazing beta reading skills.
I'm so excited to see more of her stories shared. I encourage everyone to check out this story and her other one, "At Any Cost" Please go share some love on A03, she certainly deserves her flowers!

Okay, now some blurbs about the art process or thoughts behind it.
This picture was the one I wanted to go all out for, the title drop of a story or meaning behind the title is always an exciting moment for me! When I had early access to the final chapter I was nearly sobbing and gushing over the idea of a sappy, heartfelt balcony scene! Scribbsy gave a lot of creative freedom for this, but mainly wanted us to have some visual of Heaven, (let's be honest, I love doing skylines at this point!) while also playing focus to Husk and Angel and their little new addition, Speranza! ahhhh why is she so cute?!
Ahem-- anyway. In terms of details, or quality, I was able to go all out with that since I was using my new pc with Paint Tool Sai!

This was also a moment I saw coming a mile away! Ahhh I love the teary eye reunions! This was the first time actually drawing and rendering Molly, and since the official design was kinda loose, I took some artistic liberties as well. Surprisingly, drawing her extra legs wasn't the challenge; I guess grouping them in pairs made the process easy! I would draw her legs over drawing Angel's countless arms anyday!
For the background, we went with a simple Hotel backdrop; however, this time, instead of poorly doing the background like I did with the Husk vs. Valentino pic, I actually used a wallpaper template courtesy of @artyphex, which saved me so much time! (also check out her art too! Her attention to detail is amazing!)
