Thanks to the leadership and networking skills of @inthalib , @wiseucsc led a workshop at the Esalen Institute on “Science, technology, and critical self-reflection in a changing world.” It was rewarding, challenging, even tense or vulnerable at times, but nothing that the hot springs couldn’t balance out for us and our workshop participants. Bringing this feeling of peace, hope, and comraderie back to Santa Cruz and hitting the ground running on some Predatory Bird Research Group work. Stay tuned!
