Looking at the NHL schedule for the upcoming season and DAMN all three my favourite/most interested (personally) NHL teams are all playing like one hour after another. AND ITS ALL AROUND 7PM-1AM (7pm isn't really bad, but that's my third favorite team, so I don't mind missing the Flyers LOL. THE AVS AND SHARKS CURSE YOUR LATE NIGHT GAMES AND ALWAYS STARTING AROUND THE SAME TIME.)

And he liked 86 on me when I was in London and he was pushing for the change. And then I got here two weeks ago and he reminded me about it. Said, you ready to make the switch?

So I gave my parents a call like, what do you guys think? And my parents were like, it treated you well in London, so it's kind of hard not to go back to that. And I kind of made the decision from there and gave Trick the green light to switch.

Ashlyn: I love that. I can imagine when you're young in your career and if you don't like something, you probably just don't want to say anything. You don't want to be that guy.

Denver: Yeah, exactly. I was keeping my mouth shut.

Like this is the funniest thing possible. putting aside the giroux of it all (for now) the ducks have said they will match any offer. so either we get leo carlsson or we have screwed over the anaheim ducks by forcing them to wayyy overpay on him because they played their hand too early. danny got everything he wanted out of the ducks and decided to burn his bridges behind him. life is so beautiful
