I'm tired of everything having controversies or being unethical. Why can't I just like something without worrying about how it's problematic?
Discrimination is not an ''opinion''. Hating people because of their identity, because of things they were born and with and had no control or say over, is in no way an ''opinion''. Opinions are not right or wrong. Discrimination is wrong. This is a subject that has facts. It's a fact that regardless of people's identities, they should be accepted and respected. It's like how 2 + 2 equals 4 is a fact, and no one would call saying that it equals 5 an opinion.
Same applies to wanting or not wanting diversity. It's a fact that diversity is important, and saying that you don't want it in media is very disrespectful to groups of people who have been underrepresented in media. It's not an opinion, it's discrimination and harmful rhetoric. Besides, what's wrong with diversity, as long as it's portrayed respectfully? Does it really matter if there's LGBTQIA+ or something in a show or if a character has a disability? No! Why would that stop you from enjoying a show or a character, as long as the show has a good plot, and the character is likable?
Something that I was thinking of
I was reading a Reddit post about how good representation is subjective, and I agree. Sometimes, I think how I like that a character makes me feel represented, but I see other people saying how their portrayal is stereotypical and/or problematic. And I think that's okay, as long it's not overly problematic, stereotypical and/or racist/sexist/transphobic/homophobic/ableist/etc.
Ugh, I hate people who have parasocial relationships with celebrities. There are some celebrities that I admire, but I don't feel like I'm the one controlling their life and I respect and accept all their decisions. And, you have no right to decide what someone who doesn't know you, and you'll never meet acts.
Maybe life is just a dream, no, a nightmare, and I just have to wake up...
I really hate how people call teenagers ''angsty'' for expressing their emotions.

Vent again (TW: mental health)
I'm not okay, and I want that to be known, but I also don't want people to start infantilizing me, like they always do.
Every day, you make it hurt it a little less. But when you leave, it hurts a little more.
Another vent
Today was my history final, and it was also the last day I have the teacher. I know I can see her again next year, but it feels like an eternity. It just feels like she's no longer in my life anymore. I went out of my way to knit her a very nice scarf and write a her a card, but it still doesn't make me feel better. It just hurts.

People always tell me to ''go get therapy'', ''go talk to a trusted adult'', ''go talk to someone you trust''. But I can't. I don't trust anyone, especially adults. Especially counselors and therapists. My parents have only ruined my life, and if I told them about my life, they'd only ruin it more. My counselors have never been interested in helping me, and have blamed every bad thing that happened to me on my behavior, when that wasn't the case. Once, I thought I could trust someone, but it turned out that wasn't true. There was a really nice history teacher I had, and I genuinely thought I could trust her. But I couldn't. She said she ''wasn't qualified'' to help me, and told me to talk to a counselor, because a counselor could ''help me process my feelings''. I can't. I've only had bad experience after bad experience with all my counselors. And, why I thought I could trust her with my feelings? I was bored, so I decided to tell her about a poem I wrote. I told her it was about how I was a burden, how I didn't ask to exist and how as long as I exist and am alive, I'll make others miserable. She got really concerned, and I got annoyed, so I decided to show her the poem. I did, and she became worried, asking me if I wanted to hurt myself and telling me that I was a funny person, and I should be proud of that, and how she didn't like it when people said bad things about themselves. I thought, I could trust her, so I decided to try showing her some of my other poems. But, when I showed them to her, she said she decided not to read them because she couldn't help me and that she was going to show them to the counselor. She also said she wouldn't talk about poems with me anymore. Once, I complained to her about not having any trusted adults, and she said, ''Aw, I think you have a lot of trusted adults''.

Great that you found it, anyway! I have way too many accounts, I can't keep track of them all, LOL.
My (badly written) introduction
*laughs nervously*
This is probably going to one of the few posts I make on here, I don't plan on using Tumblr much, sorry.
But yeah, on to my introduction, my name is Kathylikestoread, or Kathy, and I use she/her pronouns. I'm autistic, and I have ADHD, so I may misunderstand social cues/norms sometimes, and be prone to starting arguments over things I disagree with. I'm also a cisgender female and a questioning lesbian. I am yumeshipper, my yume is Kamishiro Rui (Project Sekai), but it's solely OC/sona x canon, meaning I don't actually ship myself with him, I only ship my PJSK OC/sona with him. My main fandoms are Pokémon and Riordanverse, so you see me on spaces relating to them.
