They try to capture the energy of these emotions by overlaying photos, in some cases 10 or twelve, to complete the whole.

TH3 PUZZL3 - PART 1

I wrote the puzzle originally in 2018 - it was a #poem that was really honest about how I was feeling. It felt like every relationship I had ever had was so intense so quickly and then non existent. Like I was going through life being someone's everything and then nothing and that was just how it was going to be...

When I started this journey of making music and trying to translate all of the things I had been too scared to say in real life, I kept coming back to this poem. And when I tried to record it I was struggling. How do I quantity the essence of this poem - a desperate, spiteful, hopeful thing...

And thus TH3 PUZZL3 was born

This song was recorded in one single take. (Maybe I'll post the reaction video from that) I knew what I wanted to say and yes the words are pretty consistent throughout the song - it's the subtle changes that I think truly exposes the meaning of the song.
