What program do you use for drawing?

I use Krita! It's good quality and it's free^^ (been meaning to answer this with a quick speedpaint since I haven't made one before and wanted to, but I kept forgetting up until now whoops)

I'm about to leave for a trip but I wanted to share something with Yokai Watch before I go since it's been a while (and have yet another Pokémon post at the same time!), so have this animation wip of Komajiro using his soultimate with Pikachu's thunderbolt scene that I started like two months ago and hadn't really touched it since. I've been meaning to work on it little by little and share it when it's done, but oh well, better now than never- especially with my habit of starting projects and then never finishing them 🥀

Yo-kai Watch Collection #2 - Sumikomi Plates

Sharing my card collection until I'm able to draw again. Here's yet another game (kind of) that I'm sad I won't be able play, you collect these Sumikomi plates and are able to add yokai to a virtual apartment complex that you run. I've also added rough translations for the instructions and list pages for fun. Here's the first series minus Shogunyan (YS01-033) and Komashura (YS01-034), plus a few other plates from other sets that I own. I don't plan on collecting them all, though there's still like 4 that I'd like to add to my personal collection at some point

Yo-kai Watch Collection #1 - I got cool Yokai Watch figures!! And a bunch of other stuff!

I recently decided that I wanted to start collecting Yokai Watch stuff! It started off with just buying medals of my favorite yokai and then it snowballed into wanting to get anything and everything with their faces on it... (Here's a drawing since that's what yall are here for, but below the cut are photos of the figures and the first 2 waves of stuff I got, mostly battle cards and stickers- and me yapping because I'm excited^^)

(Ignore my low budget photoshoot- note to self: give up on any dream of becoming a photographer) Obviously got Lie-in Heart since he's one of my top favs (the stickers kept peeling off, so I painted his hair highlights), and I found the Jibanyan and Kyubi one sold together and thought they looked cool, so I got them- they're so cool I ended up buying another lot for a decent price, I can't wait to see how the Venoct one looks in person!

I'm currently focusing on collecting cards, so the Toritsuki battle cards, Sumikumi plates (though I've pretty much collected everyone I wanted, so this one's 'completed' in my book), some Ukiukipedia cards, and many stickers. Or really anything else that I find cool and fits my budget, like figures and charms! I'm only going for the ones with my favorite yokai on them, but it was cheaper to buy in bulk, so I ended up with a lot of cards and stickers of various yokai! I'd like to show them off once I receive everything I've ordered since I think they're really cool and I think it'd be cool to archive of them, mostly for myself and for fun^^ Anyway, here's the rest of my haul: Cards, stickers, more cards (The Sumikumi binder came with nearly the entire set of plates, only missing Shogunyan and Komashura, though I'm not too worried about completing it. Buying this whole binder cost nearly the same as buying a single plate on Ebay ToT wish I found this sooner), more stickers, and some books^^

Was going to post this a day ago, but my second wave of stuff was arriving shortly, so might as well wait a bit. My second haul!: A LOT more cards and stickers! Plus medals because I'm still missing a few of my favs and they were cheaper to buy in bulk overseas, Yorozumart strap keychains (they were sold in a lot, had to get it for Sheen and Venoct! More are coming in my next haul), and the Jibanyan plush came with some stickers that I wanted (Whisper plush now has company!). Also got this cool poster because when I say I'll get anything with my favs on it, I mean anything 🙏 (Fun fact: I nearly fell and broke my neck trying to stick it above my tv :) and it keeps unsticking and so I got to keep risking my life all over again to put it back up 🥀🥀)

I'm 10 years too late to enjoy this franchise at its fullest, but that's ok, I'm still having fun! My creatures 💞

Still haven't had the time to freely draw because of assignments and it's making me want to bash my head against a wall, but that's ok because my final haul finally came in and now I feel at peace again. Anyway, more figures to add to the collection above, I initially was going to get a different Venoct figure that was similar to the Jibanyan and Kyubi ones above, but that got cancelled so I got these soultimate ones instead! Still cool, and I believe there's a Gleam and Shmoopie version of these ones so those would be cool to get at some point

The rest of the haul: More stickers and keychains that I was missing of some of my favorites, and even more cards- mostly the Ukiukipedia cards because I'm starting to find them really cool! I wish I could've played the arcade games that they came from. Picked out some favorites and placed them in the middle, but I still got more to look through! I don't why, but organizing and sorting through these pieces of cardboard is unbelievably fun and relaxing to me^^

Okay I'm gonna be the guy that takes this way too seriously so get ready for a yap, and this is solely because most of what I could choose from is ASS and it's funny to me so I need to lay it out for you all to see it. This is also working under the assumption that you mean I would become a character in the game

NOTE; Despite the fact I do pick apart some of the games other people mentioned here, I'm not trying to shit on the fact you chose them. I have fun picking these things apart so don't take it to heart please

Brawl Stars. Personally I think this is the second best option, my chronically ill ass would have to fight a lot, but you get powers and you can respawn. My understanding of Starr Park though is that it's capitalist Hell so idk how bad it would be in that department

Dandy's World. As cute as the setting and characters are, a lot of the Toons are being (unintentionally) treated poorly by Arthur and Delilah. They are then abandoned without clarification as to why, and they start becoming Twisteds. TLDR I'd get emotionally abused then left to die. Bad decision imo

Grace. If I take the "Grace is incredibly literal in how it's formatted" route, then I am stuck in purgatory where I must die repeatedly in several horrible ways to my past sins. If I take the true "Grace is metaphorical" route, then I am technically still in the real world, but now I'm Christian ig?? I suppose this is the third best option, I'm the kind of guy who'd develop Christian guilt, and my chronically ill ass wouldn't fare well in parkour purgatory.

Armless Detective. If I'm just a detective and not armless myself then this is a pretty safe choice, none of the criminals so far seem to be set on attacking any of the detectives, and it canonically pays well. If I'm specifically an armless detective, then I hope I don't have to explain why that would suck

Clue / Cluedo. This is what I considered to be the best option, because the worst thing that happens to these characters (going based off the board game, and not any of its additional media like the VHS game) is that they get accussed of murder. If I did do it (which I wouldn't), I get arrested. If I didn't, I'm fine because my innocence would be proven. Also most of the characters are rich people or scam artists, so hopefully I'm making BANK /silly

Don't Starve Together. Probably the WORST option, I would prefer to be in parkour purgatory over being in the Constant. My ass would die so fast. Even if you think about the revival aspects, that's not somewhere I'd like to revive — at least reviving in Brawl Stars means I'm still in a relatively normal location with stores and homes. There's nothing but threat threat threat in the Constant

Going off these, my safest bet is to pick Clue / Cluedo, but my hyperfixated ass is gonna say Brawl Stars. It's still a decently safe option, given the reviving, and everyone seems to still be vibing so I doubt they're constantly fighting

Cookie Run Kingdom: Oh, to be a cookie and fight in a war against someone who wants us all dead for the reason that we were made to be eaten. I'd probably die but there's just so much to the CRK world

Pokémon: I wanna go on an adventure, meet people, have companions, do battle, all that fun stuff

Either Pokémon (Sinnoh or Alola would be nice) or Yo-kai Watch (both Springdale and BBQ are great, just as long as I have any model of yokai watch), I want to live day to day life with the creatures that I love so much^^

Honorable mentions go to Minecraft and Animal Crossing. And as much as I like Brawl Stars, knowing me I'd die like every 3 minutes and the constant cycle of dying and respawning would probably drive me crazy

Since I made a drawing of Finx on his debut animation, it's only right that I made one for Najia! Decided to do a scene redraw because I really liked the animation^^ (I got lazy on the background shh)

Been busy with midterms, but I've still been working on and off on Yokai Watch related stuff, albeit more personal irl stuff, but this is probably the most I've been into Yokai Watch, so I'll just enjoy it! Here's something I'm able to share though: I wanted to design something with my favorite guys to put on the cover of my Yokai Watch card binders, which can come in different colors, so I experimented! I initially only did a few, but I was having too much fun and before I knew it more just spawned. I'll probably only vectorize a few of them for print: one binder for favorite cards and the rest for each card set, which there are surprisingly A LOT of

Pupsicle's and Frazzel's original art was already symmetrical and I was beginning to run out of steam 20 drawings later, so I edited those instead of drawing them from scratch. I also didn't shade in Lie-in Heart nor the kyubis because I think they look better without it

While drawing these, I actually tried my best to replicate the original art style as closely as possible and I'm realizing how wrong my other drawings of these characters were- like since when were Shmoopie's front paws so small
