Why have I loved Wilenza for so many years?

​It’s all about their "golden retriever x black cat" dynamic. Although you can hardly call Lorenza a femme fatale, knowing her potential if she starts learning magic from Adelaide after the main story... Well, William, you're done for! Your care and protection give her so much self-confidence. But I don't think anyone needs to worry about him — she genuinely loves him and is ready to give back as much as it takes. She is so grateful for his support and the laughter he brings into her life every single day, haha.

​So yeah, I absolutely fucking love them for the fact that both of them share this trait of selfless, unconditional care for one another.

​The way William respects her choice to be open or not, yet is always there to offer a shoulder to lean on — that’s one of the reasons why I still love this ship to this day. And the way Lorenza can be so soft and caring, trying and learning new things even if she’s a bit scared. While he is always right there to help or crack a joke just to ease the tension. It’s simply adorable. So yeah... I guess I just really love "boring" romance dynamics.

No, but seriously, why not? She doesn't love her love interests for trying to be someone they're not; she loves them because they are true to themselves. By the way, that’s actually one of my favorite things about all the LIs in this story. Their insecurities about their flaws, and the way Adelaide keeps reminding them that she loves them exactly as they are anyway... it just hits me straight in the heart. God, I adore this girl. ❤️

Whoah! This is probably the longest digital + colored comic I have drawn this year (29 pages 😭)

By the way, this comic is for my bestfriend's birthday, focusing on her favourite Astreans: Cassiel, David, and Raphael. That's why Mikael and Felonia didn't really show up ^__^ (but I tried to sneak in their cute chubby faces 😆😁)

I’ll give you one breath to guess why Adelian's kids all have names starting with the letter “A”:

Gold, silver, and bronze.

When I first set out to find names with that meaning, I had no idea it would end up like this—Aurelius, Argenta, and Ardon.

The last one, especially, has some ambiguity when it comes to the exact meaning of his name, so at first I wasn’t even planning to add a third child.

So you could say Ardon was a last-minute addition, after I sketched his appearance. I found him so adorable that I realized his main trait would be charm.

Argenta, on the other hand, has more of a cunning rebel spirit—she loves teasing her older brother.

And Aurelius, despite his young age, for some reason always gave me the impression of a skeptic with an inner perfectionist. Though Argenta definitely takes advantage of that 😁

Sorry for the rough sketches—I don’t have much time because of exams. I’m really glad you like my headcanons about Adelaide and Sebastian’s children.

Imagining Seamus as a matchmaker for Sebastian has always seemed hilarious to me. I love their nice dynamic in the story 😄

Here’s some simple redraws of characters from 10 years ago! They’re the children of my Dragon Age main characters and their respective love interests.

I loved the games a lot but I think that if I played them now I’d take different routes, still somehow I’ve grown attached to all of the original characters I created in that universe, even if sometimes I literally drew them just one time haha. So here’s a little description with the few ideas I had:

- Anaïs and Elijah Rutherford are the children of my lavellan inquisitor and Cullen. Their both mages because I loved the thought of a Templar having mage kids in a world where Leliana was made divine. They’re respectively obsessed with the Iron Bull and Sera. Decided to have them barefoot because I think that’s what their very dalish mom wanted for them. They grow up to be knight enchanters.

- Marinelle Hawke is Hawke and Fenris’ only daughter. She’s a street kid, grows up in Kirkwall. Spends more time with Varric than her parents. Becomes a rogue.

- Rose and Bryce Theirin, children of my Cousland and Alistair. Idk if they can exists because that’d mean they found a cure for the blight but still. Rose isn’t the sharpest but she’s very kind and grows up to be a cliche perfect princess. Bryce on the contrary is very smart. He also grows up to be not the best of people.

I also haven’t played veilguard so I have no idea if these would still make any sense (if they ever lol).
