I thought I'd share one of my favorite pieces I've done of Altariel, my Oath of the Ancients paladin. It was inspired by a quote I saw, which describes hope as something fierce and determined rather than the delicate, naive thing that people tend to assume it is. Alta here has always tried to be a beacon of hope to those around her.
A piece I did for Valentine’s Day, featuring my paladin and her husband! He crafted a pair of wings for himself so he could fly with his wife. <3

Final portrait of my paladin! After transforming into an Aasimar and going gold, she eventually renounced her original oath to a deity that she learned was just using her. In doing so, she took the Oath of the Ancients and became known as the Champion of Mercy!
Old illustration inspired by a specific point in our campaign. My paladin was blessed by her deity and her heart began glowing, and shortly after that our barbarian was attacked by an eldritch beast and his heart turned black. I loved the duality in the aesthetics between the two, so I had to draw something for it! Don't worry - the barbarian was okay! We fixed it. Sorta.

Ceremony (Ritual)
You perform a special religious ceremony that is infused with magic. When you cast the spell, choose one of the following rites, the target of which must be within 10 feet of you throughout the casting.
Dedication. You touch one humanoid who wishes to be dedicated to your god’s service. For the next 24 hours, whenever the target makes a saving throw, it can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the save. A creature can benefit from this rite only once.
Dusting off the ol’ art account with an old piece. Inspired by a boss fight from my D&D campaign.
My OoD Paladin had her soul taken to an isolated part of the Shadowfell, where she was to face a wounded demigod with limited aid from her party. Her sword was somehow brought with her and became a blade of pure light as she fought the enemy of her god.

I had to paint the best cephalopod in Inkopolis-- Marie from Splatoon! In Japan her name is ホタル (Hotaru, from Hotaru-ika, which means “firefly squid”). I absolutely love firefly squids because of their glow, so I took that as inspiration and ran with it!
Wouldn’t it be awesome if Marie could glow too?
I wanted to do some more digital painting, and draw a character that I haven’t shown off yet.
I don’t do a lot of fan art, but I had to draw one of my favorite characters ever: Princess Zelda from Breath of the Wild! Of all the different incarnations of her, this one definitely takes the top spot in my book.
Another experiment! I wanted to draw something with a comic book/pop art kind of feel to it, using only a few colors.
Symbolic of how these two are from different worlds or some stuff like that.
Kinda old digital painting practice. This is based on some ideas of an AU Brielle and Niles, in which Niles is an elf mage and Brielle is a sort of bodyguard/paladin.
Wanted to draw something super chill, so I doodled this and slapped some quick colors onto it.
As much as Sonel hates to admit there’s something she can’t do, she doesn’t know how to braid hair. Zephyr learned to do it at some point thanks to his older sister, though.
Decided to do something totally different for day four. Cleaned it up and slapped some color onto it.
The prompt was “a character cosplaying from a series of your choice.” This turned out less a cosplay and more a straight-up incarnation of my character being in that series. So, here’s Sonel as an Inkling from Splatoon!
