I feel like if Avery were to have a pokemon it'd be a Sylveon, probably also a goodra for the bit, but back to his ace Sylveon, it's been a long time since its been an Eevee, it evolved pretty quickly once they started hanging out and it wanted to join him in Skywars and his various other shenanigans

I see D3r as having a shiny Aegislash, but it only recently evolved into an Aegislash from a Doublade, a rare case of a pokemon evolving into a form it'd normally need an evolution stone for out of desperation, plus it was dark enough down there that it didn't need a dusk stone

Aegislash and Sylveon get along pretty well everything considered, I think they'd have a mutual agreement to try and play match maker

The falinks are the newest members of Avery's team and the main reason he has them is because they're obsessed with D3r and because D3r already has a full party Avery gets to carry them around instead :>

D3r's Aegislash is named Virgil, the Haxorus is named Dante, Braviary is called Aquila, Lycanroc is named Orion, Tyrantrum is named Sue, and Empoleon is called Caesar

Avery's Sylveon is named Honey, Goodra is named Mangrove, the Wooloo is of course Steve, Gengar is named Spooky, Altaria is named Orchid, and the Falinks still haven't been named because D3r says they aren't allowed to be named D3r II - D3r VII but hasn't come up with any good names either

Little bit of world building for cherophobia, aka the reason Avery would fucking die should he ever find out that ⎓╎∷ᒷ⎓|:॥ means firefly in galactic

To make a very long self indulgent rant short, back on Avery's home server there's a myth about how fireflies were created, a slime loved another so much that they promised to bring them the stars but was only able to come back with little flecks of starlight, those little flecks became the first fireflies :]

I think that D3r likes drawing Avery when Avery isn't paying attention and is working on something, he'd probably accidentally blind D3r if he ever found out about D3r's doodles if he was already flustered
