it’s simple. it’s standing right in front of you.

he wants her. but he has been the bigger person and he has decided not to repeat what happened following emily and during. he puts emphasis and belief in family — and emily tore him and his brother apart.

he can’t go through that again! he can’t break him and his brother apart again. he refuses to.

why has he not called avery?

because he feels guilty. i think grayson is a person who will never forgive himself if he screws up, and clearly, he hasn’t forgave himself. he hasn’t called avery because he is trying to forget what happened. he thinks that calling her — becoming closer with her again…will just make him want her more. keeping distance is the only way he will be able to stop wanting her like he does now.

So much ahead of them. Don’t get me wrong, i lovee jameson. But it’s just not the same with grayson. I would love grayson to be with avery. period.
